Our design team provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sustainable design campus master plan for a 43‐acre studio site, with a core historical campus. Our team aimed to optimize passive and renewable energy systems throughout the site to educate visitors on sustainable buildings. High efficiency facades were proposed with energy savings in excess of 355 below Title 24. Natural ventilation was encouraged by modeling the ideal set back between building to create active and comfortable promenades. Solar glare was controlled with strategic architectural and landscape shading.

THE COMMONS AT MOUNT BURDELL - COMMERCIAL, RETAIL AND RESIDENCES
