Mechanical, plumbing engineering, and sustainable design for phase one of the revitalization of the 22-acre Hunters View site. All existing buildings will be demolished and replaced with 276 new public housing and market rate for-sale units.

The goal of the development is to incorporate green strategies and technologies to support the health of the residents, energy efficiency, low water use and environmentally responsible material use. The development aims to achieve LEED Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) certification.
