Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design/build engineering services for this new, 12-story high-rise condominium tower.

 

The project is new construction with a target of 107 units, shared bicycle and car parking spaces at ground level. The overall gross square footage is 137,712. The project is design for the high tech demographic that is populating the neighborhood with advance unit controls and interactive building system provided.

 

 

This project will also be pursuing California Green Point Rating.
