San Francisco, CA

This multi-award winning project formerly known as 2001 Market will feature 81 high end units and a 30,000 SF Whole Foods on the ground floor designed by world renowned architect William McDonough. The building is being touted as “the place for your urban lifestyle” with features like a green roof, on-site car share and bicycle parking.

The development is a model of a transit-oriented, mixed-use, sustainable development in conformance with the new Market & Octavia Neighborhood Plan.

Our team provided full mechanical and electrical design services in addition to façade modeling and sustainable design effort to ensure the success of the project.

The projects elevation lends to stunning 360 degree views of the city.
