This project for the Cathedral School for Boys involved the construction of a new classroom building between the original 1960’s school building and iconic Grace Cathedral. The existing school facility, and part of Grace Cathedral, required earth shoring prior to excavation for the new classrooms

A multi-phased renovation project aimed at creating a more inviting space for the lobby, classrooms, administration area, and library. Enhanced lighting, added furniture, plus a new artwork and branding program all work to improve the quality of the space. The renovation also involved a new reception desk and upgraded elevator lobby walls. All while making efficient use of existing elements for a cost-effective update.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sustainable design for the renovation of 11,000 SF space consisting of main lobby, library, administration spaces, and addition of two classrooms. The project included natural ventilation, radiant floors for heating only. Project was designed to a LEED Gold Standard.
