Our engineering designers provided MEP and sustainable design services for the development consisting of an Art Center with educational and gathering spaces, Café Building, and Train Depot with City Offices.  The buildings blend into the Old Town architecture and HVAC and lighting systems were designed to minimally impact the roofline and site. The design embraced daylight and natural ventilation to minimize the hours per year artificial lighting and air conditioning were needed. Ultra low flow fixtures are also implemented.
