The firm provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sustainable design for the 15,000 square foot private residence including a sub-terrain wine cellar and wine tasting room. 

 

Sustainable design features included: geothermal, natural ventilation, daylighting, radiant systems, photovoltaics, and wind turbines. A wine cave with a chefs kitchen cantilevered on a glass balcony on the far side of the hill was included into the design..
