The firm provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering, as well as Title 24 calculations, low voltage and security design services for this new construction 12-story high-rise residential condominium tower.

The facility has a target of 120 units, shared bicycle and car parking spaces at ground level. Covered bridge-ways connected both tower blocks at strategic levels of the building. The project is design for the high tech demographic that is populating the neighborhood with advance unit controls and interactive building system provided.
